In fact, when I select someone to test my products, I do so because these are honest people who are going to give me genuine answers to my questions about how the products work. One of my testers is also a soapmaker of many years and she is the kind of person who can spot quality products. Although my family uses my products almost exclusively, I don't quote them here.
